Children mimic what they see. If a parent uses a phone during meals, conversations, or playtime, the child absorbs that habit. They may start demanding attention through tantrums or become withdrawn. The message is clear: the parent's own relationship with technology sets the standard. Experts suggest that setting boundaries for the whole family, not just the kids, creates a healthier environment.
